Body Visualizer guide
Learn what Body Visualizer estimates, how to enter measurements, and how to use its results responsibly.
What Body Visualizer does
Body Visualizer turns the height, weight, and optional body measurements you enter into an estimated visual reference. It can also calculate BMI and show comparison scenarios for a different weight or set of measurements.
The preview is designed for exploration and comparison. It is not a scan, a clinical measurement, or a diagnosis.
Start with a simple comparison
- Choose the female or male reference model that is most useful for your comparison.
- Enter height and weight in the unit system you prefer.
- Add waist, hips, chest, inseam, shoulder width, or body-fat percentage when you have reliable measurements.
- Change one value at a time and compare the estimated result from more than one angle.
For a goal comparison, add a goal weight and any goal measurements you want to explore. Treat the output as a way to ask practical questions about proportions and ranges, not as a prescribed plan.
Use the results carefully
BMI, body-fat estimates, waist-to-height ratio, and waist-to-hip ratio are broad reference tools. They cannot describe your health, fitness, muscle mass, or identity on their own. Measurements taken with different methods can also produce different results.
If a number is worrying, unexpected, or connected to a medical concern, discuss it with a qualified professional. Body Visualizer provides an estimated visual reference only and does not give medical advice.
