How to use the body fat visualizer
The body fat visualizer opens with one female or male reference model and one percentage slider. Enter a body-fat estimate or choose a quick preset, then rotate the preview to inspect the bounded 3D response from several angles rather than relying on one static body fat percentage visual.
Start with only the percentage input. Open Add measurement context when measured height, weight, and waist values are available. This sequence separates body fat visualization from changes caused by body size. The tool responds to your numbers but cannot decide whether any entered estimate is correct.
Body fat percentages visuals are broad references, not templates every body follows. The mesh uses bounded rules and cannot reconstruct individual fat distribution, muscle mass, skin, posture, age-related changes, or bone structure. Treat the body fat visualizer as an educational scenario tool and never as a scan, diagnosis, or appearance guarantee.
