Acceptance of Terms

Body Visualizer ("the service") is a free, browser-based body shape visualization tool available at body-visualizer.net. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the Service Does

Body Visualizer generates an estimated 3D visual preview of body proportions and computes basic body metrics (BMI, Waist-to-Height Ratio, Waist-to-Hip Ratio, an estimated Body Fat Percentage via the Deurenberg formula, and a Body Shape descriptor) from numeric measurements you enter.

The service also offers an optional AI-generated written explanation of your measurements.

Not Medical Advice

The service is for general informational use only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or screening of any kind. It must not be used:

• to diagnose any health condition,
• to assess, screen for, or self-assess any eating disorder,
• to make decisions about weight, nutrition, fitness, or medical treatment,
• as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have concerns about your weight, body composition, or health, please consult a licensed medical professional.

Accuracy and Limitations

• The 3D preview is a visual estimate based on numeric inputs. It does not reflect actual muscle mass, fat distribution, posture, bone structure, or genetics.
• The estimated Body Fat Percentage is derived from the Deurenberg formula assuming an average adult age of 30 — actual body fat varies substantially.
• Body shape descriptors (Hourglass-like, Pear-like, etc.) are categorical labels with no clinical meaning.
• Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the values you enter. The service has no way to verify them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. The service is intended for general adult informational use and is not designed for clinical use, minor assessment, or eating-disorder screening.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service,
• attempt to abuse, overload, or scrape the AI analysis endpoint,
• use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service at high volume,
• use the service to harass others or to encourage disordered eating, self-harm, or unsafe weight-loss behavior,
• redistribute, resell, or relabel the service without permission.

Intellectual Property

The Body Visualizer code, design, written content, 3D model assets, and branding are owned by the operator of body-visualizer.net. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You do not receive any ownership of the underlying assets or source code.

AI Model

AI analysis is generated by Google's Gemini 3 large language model. The output is machine-generated, may contain inaccuracies, and is not reviewed by a human or by a medical professional before being shown. You are responsible for how you interpret or act on the output.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate or useful.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of body-visualizer.net will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any health-related, body-image, or psychological harm, arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "created_at" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
